New York State Education Department is pleased to present the revised Basic Course of Instruction for School Bus Drivers! The new 30-hour course curriculum is required to be taught with EVERY Basic Course for School Bus Drivers taught on or after April 1, 2020. The old version will no longer be accepted.

As an active School Bus Driver Instructor or Master Instructor, you should have received a link to down load the digital file for the Basic Course for School Bus Drivers Workbook from NYSED. Please do NOT share this link, even with another SBDI/MI.

PTSI has printed this in workbook format for SBDIs and MIs to purchase at cost. The printed workbook is 120 pages with a color, cardstock cover and stapled spine binding.

No minimum number of workbooks are required to purchase. This workbook is no longer included within the workbook bulk order discount and no discounts are given for large orders.
